Eligibility Criteria of Inspector in Punjab Police
i) Graduation (Second Division) from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
ii) Obtain and complete five (05) years of service in the post of Sub-Inspector.
Following Eligibility Criteria:-
a) Has satisfactorily completed the period of probation, and has been verified; the rank of Sub-Inspector;
b) Served at least five years in the post of Sub-Inspector.
c) Two major or ten minor fines have not been given during the last two years as Sub-Inspector;
d) Have spent at least two years in field assignments;
and
e) Successfully qualified for any course of operations;
Investigation or Intelligence functional streams in any police training Institutions
